  For a small town, a very nice steakhouse. Clean, good service. Nice solid menu. Better than the average Chicken fried chicken and steak IF you ask for "hand battered".

  I wasn't sure about this place when we picked it while driving home to Houston. It looked kind of like a average dump. Much to my surprise food was absolutely delicious. Of course it was just a hamburger and fries but it was a great hamburger and fries. The Boston cream pie for dessert was the best I've had. I'm in that area again I'll definitely go.

  The food was good, definitely no problem there. I had a burger at lunch and it was large and in charge. Service was friendly and attentive..when they finally arrived! Apparently they work in teams or both really wanted the tip because 1 person took our drink / food order (I had enough time to basically memorise the menu), & 1 person brought everything out, & both keep checking on us. Probably a fluke, they were real busy with the 2 other tables in the restaurant.
